Shipping Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you complete your checkout using your preferred payment method, you will be sent an order confirmation.

Order confirmations will be sent via email, and you can select to have confirmations sent to your phone via SMS.

After your order is placed, we will authorize payment from your payment method and reserve your unit. 

If there are issues regarding your order - we will contact you immediately to resolve it.

We can hold units as long as you like to if you have specific delivery dates, or we can upgrade you to expedited shipping if you need it within a specific time frame. Orders can be cancelled for a refund any time before the unit ships out to you.

 

ORDER SHIPMENT

Most in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Estimated arrival time can be 1-6 business days after shipment. Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@hardwaresupplypro.com.
